We celebrated Grandma Nancy's 68th birthday on the 14th. Was that cheesecake good. Yum Yum.

A Trip To Hume Lake And Kings Canyon

We took a trip to Hume Lake and Kings Canyon this past weekend. It was beautiful. All the fall colors were out and the air was brisk. It was the first time David and the family had been up there. I was the old pro, but it had been about 25 years or so since I had been there. The lake is a little low, but still seems the same. What a good time we had. It's definitely on our list of places to go when the weather warms up again.

Devin was excited about getting into his costume. It didn't take long for him to catch on to going from door to door for candy.

Big sister had fun showing Devin the ropes. It was really cute to see them holding hands. Devin got so excited, he just walked right into peoples houses. Next year will even be more of a blast.

Happy Halloween

Here's the whole gang. Matthew's girlfriend Cassie joined us, although they took off and did their own thing. It's not "cool" to hang around the parents you know.
