Winter Wonderland

Daddy and I took Devin to the snow for the first time. Poor baby got car sick on the way up the mountain, but had alot of fun once he was able to get out and play in that cold white stuff.

When It Rains, It Pours.......

This was our street after a night of rain. I can't even imagine what it was like after 40 days and 40 nights.

Ho Ho Ho....Merry Christmas

Well Christmas came and went without a hitch. Devin must have been trying to find a little something extra in this photo.

All Tatted Up

Matthew brought home some tattoos from work and had fun with Devin. You might almost think he was competing with his cousin Kyle. Lol

Party Time

We had our annual Christmas party at our house, so the Girls of EOP had to take a photo op.

I'm Wore Out!

Poor Devin was wore out one night, he fell asleep waiting for his dinner to be made. He woke up though when it was time to eat, he just needed a little cat nap. He is so precious.

Trick Or Treat, Smell My Feet.........

Devin was ready to go trick or treat. First stop was next door to see Chloe in her Buzz Lightyear costume. Poor Chloe wasn't feeling well and ended up not being able to go out. Devin pushed on and came home with his pumpkin full of candy. It was so heavy for him, he had to lean to one side to hold it up. He thought every time someone opened their door, it was an invitation to walk right in. It was too cute.

Bumbles And The Countess

Zeus got to see his girlfriend across the street Halloween night. They looked so cute in their costumes together.

Boys Boys Boys

We had Jake as the Count, Thomas as something Ugly, Matt's impression of Broke Back Mountain and cute little Devin in his Nemo costume.

My Baby Girl Turns 15

We celebrated Dana's 15th birthday on October 29th. Grandma and Grandpa Plunkett, Don and Dana's buds from school came to help us party.

The Devil Made Us Do It

We had a blast at Liza's Halloween Party. It was all in good fun. It was the first time I dressed up for Halloween in probably almost 20 yrs. Can't wait for next year. Keep it real my EOP Girls. I will let you know when the "baby" is born.

Fund Raiser Picnic.

Staff at North Kern State Prison had a fundraiser BBQ to raise money for officers who have been "put on the beach". We went with our dear friend Randy and his girlfriend Christin. We will be praying for all you guys down at NKSP.

My Choir Girl

Dana had her first Choir performance of the year on October 7, 2010. She did great. I am very proud of her.

Brothers Having Fun Together

Matt and Devin like spending time together at the island. It's time for the brothers to bond. Devin loves his big brother even though he tells us Matt is mean. He also says that about Daddy and Grandma too.

My Baby Girl......The Freshman

Dana started high school this year. She has grown up so fast. I hope she has an awesome experience these next four years while she continues to grow into a young woman.

Hume Lake Here We Come!

Dad came for a visit in August and we took him up to Hume Lake and went fishing. We didn't catch anything, but boy did we have fun. Devin was wore out by the time we headed home.

Devin And Sookie

Our neighbors got a English Bulldog puppy and Devin loves to play with her. She came over for a visit and they had fun together.

Getting prepared.

Matthew thought he would try out Devin's blanky on his head to get prepared for when he gets deployed after he starts the Marines next summer.

Go Vikings!

In Salvang, we had Devin try on this cool Viking helmet. He looked soooo cute.

Our Annual Peer Photo

We took a trip to Salvang and Pismo Beach the day before I started my new job. We had to take our annual family photo on the peer.

Devin And Thomas the Train

In July we took Devin to Toys R Us to play with Thomas the Train. He ran off the other kids and took the play mat over. He had a good time and we got a few things for his upcoming birthday.

Teenagers Adrift

Matt, his girlfriend Cassie and best friend Jake took a swim also. Devin had to get in on the photo op too. Poor Cassie got some of the brunt of the boys horse playing, she got some licks in too.

A Dip In Our Pool

Devin and Dana pose for picture while cooling off in our pool. Thank God we have it, it has been really hot here. My water babies sure enjoy it.

Yee Haw

Why Johnny Ringo, I'll be your huckleberry. Devin thought he would put big brother's cowboy hat and boots on. He is such a ham. Too cute.

A New And Improved Pantry

After a lot of hard work, we got all the shelves lined in our pantry. Embarrassing to say, but I have had the shelf paper for a long time, but just got around to putting it on. I rearranged things a little bit so that all the cleaning agents could be high off the ground. Devin knows how to lock and unlock all the doors in the house, including dead bolts. He also knows how to get all the child safety knobs off too. It's scary just how smart he his sometimes.

Devin The Helper

I got a itchin' to put shelf paper on all the shelves in my walk-in pantry, so Devin was hard at work helping Momma measure and trim the paper. He was as happy as a little clam playing with the paper, the tape measure and a fork for "cutting" it. It was really cute. Daddy helped Mommy too, otherwise it would have taken a lot longer than it did. Thanks boys.

Our Big Boy Meets Bob's Big Boy

On our way home from Grandpa John's, we stopped at Bob's Big Boy in Baker, Ca. I still love the Big Boy Combo after all these years. Devin was totally into meeting Big Boy. We filled our tummies and headed on home.

A Trip Up To Saint George, UT

We decided to take a trip up to St. George, UT. Grandpa needed to get his six pack of o.j. Of course, Mesquite grocery stores don't sell it that way nor will they order it for him. That is okay, we had fun and stopped off at the Golden Coral buffet where Devin got to sit like a big boy at the table.

A Pool Just For Me

Mommy decided to get Devin a little pool he could keep at Grandpa's so we didn't have to keep running to the Rec Center everyday. I think he likes the big pool better.

The Farmer's In The Dell

Grandpa's apricot tree was loaded, so Devin lended his farming skills and helped pick some........... in his pajamas of course.

A Dip To Cool Off

It was over a 100 degrees at Grandpa's so I took the kids to the Rec Center. We started off in the indoor pool which Devin really enjoyed. Then we decided to try the outdoor pool. They made Devin take off his floaties and put on a life jacket. He didn't care for it too much, so off it came and he decided to be an on-looker instead. Oh well, we still had fun though.
