Teenagers Adrift

Matt, his girlfriend Cassie and best friend Jake took a swim also. Devin had to get in on the photo op too. Poor Cassie got some of the brunt of the boys horse playing, she got some licks in too.

A Dip In Our Pool

Devin and Dana pose for picture while cooling off in our pool. Thank God we have it, it has been really hot here. My water babies sure enjoy it.

Yee Haw

Why Johnny Ringo, I'll be your huckleberry. Devin thought he would put big brother's cowboy hat and boots on. He is such a ham. Too cute.

A New And Improved Pantry

After a lot of hard work, we got all the shelves lined in our pantry. Embarrassing to say, but I have had the shelf paper for a long time, but just got around to putting it on. I rearranged things a little bit so that all the cleaning agents could be high off the ground. Devin knows how to lock and unlock all the doors in the house, including dead bolts. He also knows how to get all the child safety knobs off too. It's scary just how smart he his sometimes.

Devin The Helper

I got a itchin' to put shelf paper on all the shelves in my walk-in pantry, so Devin was hard at work helping Momma measure and trim the paper. He was as happy as a little clam playing with the paper, the tape measure and a fork for "cutting" it. It was really cute. Daddy helped Mommy too, otherwise it would have taken a lot longer than it did. Thanks boys.

Our Big Boy Meets Bob's Big Boy

On our way home from Grandpa John's, we stopped at Bob's Big Boy in Baker, Ca. I still love the Big Boy Combo after all these years. Devin was totally into meeting Big Boy. We filled our tummies and headed on home.

A Trip Up To Saint George, UT

We decided to take a trip up to St. George, UT. Grandpa needed to get his six pack of o.j. Of course, Mesquite grocery stores don't sell it that way nor will they order it for him. That is okay, we had fun and stopped off at the Golden Coral buffet where Devin got to sit like a big boy at the table.

A Pool Just For Me

Mommy decided to get Devin a little pool he could keep at Grandpa's so we didn't have to keep running to the Rec Center everyday. I think he likes the big pool better.

The Farmer's In The Dell

Grandpa's apricot tree was loaded, so Devin lended his farming skills and helped pick some........... in his pajamas of course.

A Dip To Cool Off

It was over a 100 degrees at Grandpa's so I took the kids to the Rec Center. We started off in the indoor pool which Devin really enjoyed. Then we decided to try the outdoor pool. They made Devin take off his floaties and put on a life jacket. He didn't care for it too much, so off it came and he decided to be an on-looker instead. Oh well, we still had fun though.

Picking A Winner

Devin did a good job and using his potty on the road to Grandpa John's house, however this stop, he decided to "dig" deep. We are trying our hardest not to let this "digging" turn into a nasty habit. It was good for a laugh though.

A Boy And His Dog

Devin feels bad for Zeus when he gets separated from the rest of us, so he takes some of Zeus' kibbles and dips them into his water bowl and feeds them to him under the fence. It's really cute.

Dana's 8th Grade Promotion

Dana promoted from 8th grade on June 2nd. We are very proud of her and hope her next four years in high school will be her best. Good luck honey.
